Donald Fisher Lybarger: Judge of Court of Common Pleas, serving as Chief Justice; president of the American Philatelic Society and inducted into their Hall of Fame; served as Grand Treasurer of Theta Kappa Nu and was Grand Archon of Theta Kappa Nu at the time of merger with Lambda Chi Alpha and then served as Grand High Omega for three years after merger
