Brandon Del Grosso: Without Lambda Chi Alpha, I would not have found a family so far away from home.

Brandon Del Grosso ([email protected]) said that his decision to pledge was rooted in friendships. “I became good friends with the rush chair and my roommate convinced me to go to the rush events to meet the brothers. It was those friendships that made me decide to pledge to Lambda Chi Alpha,” he said.

The candle lighting ceremony resonates with Del Grosso as a key memory of his time so far. “We all lit each other’s candle and went around the room saying why we were grateful. It was very impactful to hear about the relationships these guys have built and created through the fraternity. It made me even more eager to become a brother,” he said.

Del Grosso said that he is being introduced to leadership skills. “I have recently been appointed High Epsilon and I am beginning to learn how to incorporate constructive criticism positively into my everyday life,” he said. “I am being introduced to a wide variety of views and perspectives that have overall influenced my understanding of others in a global and cultural sense.”

“As an alumnus, I plan to give back to Lambda Chi Alpha by providing internship opportunities and career advice to those who feel lost,” Del Grosso shared.
